Natural disasters are increasing day by day, population pressure is increasing, along with urbanization, toxic fumes are increasing, the amount of lead in the air is increasing. As a result, we are facing various kinds of catastrophic disasters including droughts, floods, storms, cyclones, cyclones, earthquakes due to natural disasters and environmental degradation. And the role of a useful friend by keeping trees to prevent natural disasters .This is according to a study published in the international science journal Science by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) in Zurich, Switzerland. They say that if at least one lakh crore trees are planted, the poison will be reduced in the air. Our atmosphere will be the same as it was 100 years ago. Research has shown that only planting trees will save lives. Otherwise, at the rate at which the climate is changing, we will have to sink into the sea water that has swelled. Because of the warming, the ice is melting at an unusually fast rate. And in the wake of global industrialization, the air is being poisoned by carbon monoxide. Carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and other types of greenhouse gases that are raising the temperature of the earth. Researchers say there will be no shortage of land to plant one Trillion trees. Their research has shown that if we have goodwill and sincerity, it is possible to plant one trillion trees very quickly. And so there will be no shortage of space or any difficulty in the trees growing or surviving. No. According to them, there are 35 lakh square miles or 90 lakh square kilometers of vacant land in the world for planting trees, taking into account the amount of land that has been taken over by the cities and villages and the land that has been allotted for cultivation. If we want. We can fill this huge space with trees for the sake of our own existence. The study also found that 25 per cent of the amount of carbon stored in the atmosphere as a result of large-scale greenhouse gas emissions would be removed from the atmosphere if we could quickly plant one trillion trees. And as a result, the atmosphere will be exactly the same as it was 100 years ago. Mankind will not miss this opportunity.

Turkey's example of tree planting!

Turkey has planted 13 million trees in one day in 2019 to protect the environment. They set a new world record by beating Indonesia in the highest tree planting trial in one hour. Earlier, Indonesia set a record by planting a maximum of 232,846 saplings in one hour.

On the other hand, Turkey planted 3 lakh 3,150 saplings in one hour. It is learned that the program was celebrated due to a post that went viral on social media. In that post, a Turkish citizen named Enis Sahin said, I got a great idea. He requested in social media “let's plant 6 crore 20 lakh people of the country together on that day. We want to leave a green world for the next generation”. Anis Sahin's post went viral and at one point caught the eye of Turkish President Erdogan. Thanking the postman, he said, “Thank you so much for a wonderful idea. Soon I will sit down with the officials and announce a holiday for tree planting. Erdogan later announced a forestry program for green Turkey.

He declared November 11 every year as National Day. On November 11, 2019, this tree planting program was celebrated all over the country.

A public holiday was declared for planting trees. From President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to government ministers, senior officials, teachers-students, NGO representatives and people from all walks of life took part in the tree planting program at various places across the country.

Turkey's state-run Anadolu Agency reports that the number of trees planted across the country has exceeded 13 million. It is learned that this program is taken as part of greening to breathe in clean air.

Tree saplings gift for newborns!

Whenever anyone in their area gets the news of the birth of a child, they rush to the newborn's house with the saplings in their hands. He planted two saplings in the newborn's house with his own hands. Advise the parents of the newborn to take care of the seedlings. Badsha Mia, chairman of the local government office in Tangail district of Bangladesh, has taken up this exceptional program on his own initiative.

He took up the program of planting trees under the slogan 'One child, one tree'. In this context, Chairman Badsha Mia said, ‘I started planting one tree first. But when I saw that there was a place to plant trees, I started planting two by one. Like he trees will grow along with the small children born, gradually covering the whole area. 'Such examples are really inspiring and desirable.

Ethiopian tree planting campaign.

The African country Ethiopia has taken an exceptional step. Citing the Ethiopian government, the BBC reports that the country's Prime Minister Abi Ahmed is leading the tree-planting program. Ethiopia holds the world record for planting the most trees in a single day, the country's government claims. The Minister in charge of the Ministry of Technology and Innovation tweeted that 22 crore trees have been planted in Ethiopia in a single day. The government has undertaken a program to plant 400 crore trees, a government official said. The number of green trees in this drought prone country is decreasing day by day. According to the United Nations, in the 21st century, Ethiopia's forest cover has dropped from 35 percent to just over 4 percent. The country's government has taken such a program to avoid the adverse effects of climate change. The BBC reports that various government offices were closed to allow government officials to take part in the tree-planting program.

Indian Record !

But as for the other one, the recognized record of planting the most trees in one day is currently held by India. In 2016, India planted 5 crore trees in one day with the help of 6 lakh volunteers. Although there is no direct link between tree saplings and guns, the government of the northern Indian state of Punjab has taken the initiative to create a link between trees and guns to combat climate change. The state's Ferozepur district authorities have taken steps to plant at least ten saplings if anyone in the state is interested in getting a firearms license.

The use of modernized devices is ruining our environment.

‘As modernization is taking place, the use of machinery is increasing, the environment is being polluted as a result of our reckless work. Environmental pollution is spreading because of what we are using to survive modernly. Soaps, shampoos, body sprays, detergents, mobile phones, computers, factories, everything spreads pollution.

However, we are being aware of environmental protection. Development is needed, but the environment must also be protected. Need to plant trees, protect reservoirs.

Humanitarian request!

We would request everyone to plant some trees in their workplaces and residences. We have to teach our children too. I will start it again. But at the same time I want to say that all the world like Turkey or Ethiopia. On the occasion of World Environment Day, a separate day should be declared as Tree Planting Day. The day our people all over the country will plant trees. An initiative that can make the world happy.
